Empowering Black Communities Through Self-Determination and Economic Sovereignty
Who We Are
E5 Enclave Incorporated is a Miami-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to Black empowerment through environmental sustainability, economic self-reliance, educational advancement, and equality.
Rooted in Liberty City and honoring the legacy of community builders like Ralph McCartney — an Overtown activist who rebuilt schools and secured critical infrastructure for Black neighborhoods — E5 Enclave builds the institutions and power structures that secure freedom and prosperity for Black communities.
We operate with a volunteer workforce, leveraging innovative green infrastructure, Web3 tools, and community-centered design to create durable, self-sustaining programs that outlast any single grant cycle.
A world where Black communities thrive through ownership, innovation, and cultural preservation — counteracting gentrification, promoting economic renaissance, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
"Nil satis nisi optimum"
Nothing but the best is good enough.
The Five E's
Community gardens, sustainable land management, and green infrastructure that transforms vacant lots into productive, life-giving spaces.
"Buying Black Blocks" to counter gentrification. "Building Black Blocks" through Web3, blockchain, and cooperative ownership models that build generational wealth.
Workshops on agriculture, financial literacy, digital skills, and entrepreneurship. Youth programs that develop leadership and technical competency.
Black land ownership advocacy, cultural preservation, civic engagement, and policy work that ensures equitable access to resources and opportunity.
The connective tissue — media, community building, and the "From The Block to the Boardroom" platform that amplifies Black excellence and self-determination.
